Frequently Asked Questions
What does it cost?
It depends on exactly what information you require. To give you an example, we’ve put together two different investigations below (gold and silver). One is ten times the price of the other. Let us know what you want investigated and we’ll send you a quote.
How long does it take?
Again, it depends on exactly what information you require. Some types of information are not readily available and must be obtained from 3rd parties or external services. You will be provided with interim progress reports as the investigation progresses.
Is this legal?
Our investigative techniques are legal. What you need to be concerned with is your intended use of the information we provide. Remember that you have a legal responsibility to protect personal information and to respect the rights of others.
How does payment work?
If you’re a new client then we will require an upfront retainer as a show of good faith. Existing clients will not need to pay a retainer. Our final report will be provided upon full and final settlement of your account.
Can I use this in Court?
You cannot use the information in this form as evidence in a Court case, but you can use it to obtain admissible evidence that satisfies the Court’s Rules of Evidence – either with a Subpoena or Court Order.
We are able to access offshore data through investigation partners in most countries. A separate agreement will be signed between yourself and the foreign investigation company with regard to offshore data.
