Working at Intertel

Intertel offers unique opportunities for talented people to develop their technical skills and expand their expert knowledge. We provide a collaborative and supportive working environment that encourages free thinking, open discussion and personal growth. We promote a culture of continual learning. Team members are constantly challenged to think, to learn, to adapt, and to contribute to a wide variety of activities across an impressive range of technical, analytical and operational disciplines. We seek to build character and confidence by cultivating each person’s talents and allowing them to challenge themselves and reach their potential.

Recruitment Process

We’re not going to sugar-coat it. Our selection process is rigorous and very demanding. Candidates will be required to attend at least two in-person interviews, will need to consent to a background investigation, polygraph test, drug test and may be required to undergo competency, proficiency and other testing – depending on the position being filled. Employment decisions are based on an assessment of your skills, knowledge, character, professional attributes and organizational suitability. Candidates applying for internships and part-time employment will be subjected to the same selection process as full-time employees.
