service levels

You’re an individual. A unique individual, with your own needs, capabilities, circumstances and goals. What works for someone else might not be the best solution for you. We offer a choice of service levels that range from a one-size-fits-all solution-in-a-box to do-it-yourself service, to a managed service, to an exclusive, bespoke service that’ll tailor a solution that is the best fit for you.

Solutions-in-a-box

These are one-size-fits-all answers to the types of problems that have the same solution irrespective of the circumstances. For example, tracing the owner of a cellphone number. The same process would be used to determine who the owner is regardless of why you need the information, what the cellphone was used for or anything else. These solutions-in-a-box are available on our website as simple, low-cost, self-service tools.

Do-it-yourself Services

We’ll provide you with the instructions and the things you’ll need (or in some cases, instructions to get the things you need) to achieve your goals. You’ll build the finished product using the tools you have at your disposal. For example, if you wanted to monitor your employee’s computer usage then we’d provide you with sophisticated surveillance software and easy-to-follow instructions to install and use that software. We’d obviously be on hand to help if you have any problems, but we won’t be there to do it for you.

Managed Services

Certain things require expertise and knowledge that can only be acquired with specialized training and mastered with extensive experience. When the stakes are high, you can trust us to protect your interests and get the job done. We’ll discuss the matter with you, decide on a plan of action and will keep you in the loop – but we’ll take care of business from start to finish.

White Glove Services

This is an exclusive service for VIP clients, celebrities, dignitaries and high-flyers. The difference between a managed service and a white glove service can be compared to the difference between a motel and a 5-star hotel. Both offer accommodation, but the hotel offers considerably more.

scam alert

Scam Alert

If a scammer is still using their phone number, email address, social media profile, website or anything that connects them to the scam then that information can be invaluable in bringing those responsible to justice, preventing others from becoming victims, and disrupting the criminal networks that support and benefit from these scams.

Act now or don’t act at all

There is only a small, one-time-only window of opportunity to make effective use of that information. It could be as long as a few days or as short as a few hours. Tick tock, tick tock. That window of opportunity has already started, and it ends the moment the scammer realizes or suspects that those details have been compromised. At that point, they’ll go to ground, and any value that the information had will nose-dive.

The “white glove” advantage

We’ve been handling harassment cases for over 24 years, and if we’ve learned anything from the thousands of harassment cases we’ve solved its that no two cases were the same. More importantly, no two solutions were the same.
