Being an Intertel affiliate means being a member of the Intertel family, and as part of our family, you will get to earn your share of the spoils. The more active you are, the better your chances of making it big. The more successful you are, the bigger your slice of the pie. Its that simple. As is meant to be with family, Intertel will be there for you. Right from the get-go. Whether you need help getting your feet on the ground, or whether you’re already a successful affiliate marketer, we can help you boost you income by supporting you materially, with business-related services and with solid advice. All you really need to start off is the desire to make money and an audience of some kind. If you stick to the rules, play nicely with others and have a blast doing it, then you’ve got it made. Every now and then we arrange a meetup, a pub crawl, a sunrise breakfast or a party so that you can connect with other affiliates and the Intertel staff who help you behind the scenes. The Intertel family is large, diverse, and buzzing with activity and enthusiasm.

What is an affiliate?
An affiliate is basically someone who refers potential customers to us. If you refer someone to us and then they buys something from us (a product or a service) then you will earn a commission on that sale.
How do we know who you’ve referred?
What happens if they don’t buy immediately?
If a person you’ve referred to us buys anything within a month of your referral you’ll get the full commission. If they buy later than that, you’ll still earn a commission, but not as much:

You earn a guaranteed commission on all business you refer to us. It is the easiest way to make money and is the perfect activity for anyone that has a website, blog, social media account (Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus etc) or email account. In fact, you don’t really need to have any online accounts to be a successful affiliate – you could refer business in person, telephonically, through your club newsletter, or by taking out pay-per-click and other online advertising. With our affiliate program you can quite literally make money while you sleep.
How much does it cost?
Joining our affiliate program does not cost anything, and getting started need not cost you anything but a little time and effort. We provide you with marketing material, graphic and text adverts, demos, incentives, coupons, ideas and opportunities, and you could launch your affiliate career without spending a cent and start earning immediately. Obviously, as with anything in life, the more you put into it, the more you are likely to get out of it. Whether you are an established, veteran of affiliate marketing or whether you are starting out for the first time, you have an equal opportunity to earn as much or as little as you want.
Can I become a millionaire?
At least a quarter of our affiliates have asked this question. The answer is Yes you can make a million Rand, and sooner than you think… that is, if you want to. Take a look at a product like CellSpy. CellSpy is the leading cell phone spy software on the market with over 1.2 million users worldwide (by the way, almost 90% of those sales were made by affiliates). The retail price is currently R3,000.00. We automatically give you a discount coupon of R505.00 so that you can either offer a discount to your customer, offer the R505.00 as commission to your own “sub-affiliate” for referring the customer to you, or you can keep the R505.00 and add it to your own earnings. Its up to you. We currently pay commissions for CellSpy sales as follows (remember, this is in addition to the R505 you automatically get): For your first 10 sales you’ll earn R500.00 per sale. From sales 11-100 you’ll earn R750.00, from 101-500 you’ll earn R1000.00 per sale, and from 501-1000 you’ll earn R1,250.00 per sale. From 1001-9999 you’ll get R1,500.00 per sale and so it goes. The more you sell the more commission you receive.
Making a million – an real-life example
You decide to focus on one product, CellSpy. It makes sense to you because the product basically sells itself. Your only concern is generating enough traffic so that you can maximize conversions. Here you’re only limited by your imagination. The average conversion rate is 4.8% which means that out of every 1000 people that see your ads 48 will buy the product. You use social media, content marketing and perhaps email marketing to drum up 2500 visitors to your site each month – and that isn’t an unreasonable amount of traffic for a beginner. That should net you around 120 sales per month. Lets say that you’re happy with 2500 visitors and you make no effort to increase that amount further. No problem. check out your earnings:

What are other affiliates earning?
Most of our affiliates are already employed or in business doing whatever it is that they do, and their affiliate marketing activities are a sideline activity that provides them with an additional, regular, passive income source (i.e. they’ve set it up and left it to earn them money with very little effort involved). These affiliates usually place banner ads or other forms of eye-catching visual advertising on websites that they own or control and the steady flow of visitors to their websites earns them money while they carry on with their lives. Other affiliates include advertising in their email signatures, or send email newsletters to their own contacts, or Tweets, Facebook updates and Google Plus posts that reach their friends and followers. They may or may not be employed, and are usually more active when they quickly need an income boost or are running short of cash. The smallest, but most involved group of affiliates are those that treat their work with the affiliate program as their livelihood – which for some it is. These affiliates earn the most, by far, and in the two years that this program has been running, two such affiliates have earned over R1 million in commissions, and a handful are already over half way there. You will decide just how much you earn, and whether you only need a few hundred Rand a week for jolling with your mates, or if you’re setting your sights on a few thousand Rand a day, we will support you in any way possible to make that a reality. After all, we have a vested interest in helping you succeed. Think about it, the more we can help you earn, the more we will make too!
How and how often do I get paid?
Payments are made via EFT for South African affiliates and via PayPal for foreign affiliates. We can also pay affiliates via Moneybookers (Skrill) and Neteller if required. Payments are processed once a week on a Wednesday but if you prefer a monthly payment instead then we would do that on the 25th of each month. For non-refundable or non-returnable products and services, your commissions would be immediately available and paid out the very next payment day. For products with a money-back guarantee or other provisions that would allow the buyer to cancel the purchase, your commissions for those sales would be held until the guarantee or return period has elapsed (for a maximum of 45 days). This is necessary, unfortunately, to prevent affiliate fraud which sadly does occur.
What if I don’t have a bank account?
This is not the end of the world. We can assist you to open up a bank account and are able to pay you by cash checque or postal order until your bank account is active (this is not a permanent arrangement). We do not deal with cash at all and for obvious safety and security reasons we cannot pay you in cash.
